I wanted to redeem the Ibotta rebates on our phones for eggs but the offer was no longer available for Target so I went to WalMart to price match the eggs. According to the cashier WalMart has changed their policies regarding price matching so she had to verify with a manager first that she was allowed to do the price match for me. The manager took the ad with him and said he needed to verify as well so I got to talk to the cashier for a bit. She was very nice and apologized for the wait; she was just afraid of getting into trouble if she just rang up the price match which I understand. The manager said that the eggs I picked up were the WalMart equivalent for Target so I was allowed the price match. After the cashier rang up my transactions she asked if she could keep the ad for herself so she could buy some eggs before she went home so I left the ad with the cashier.
